• MenschKI! (https://menschki.org/) [Prof. Mädche / Prof. Weinhardt]: The project is funded by the Observatory Artificial Intelligence in Work and Society of the Digital Work Society Think Tank Department of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS). In the project we examine how generative AI impacts employees in the workplace considering productivity and employee well-being. New approaches to personalized learning and the continuous adaptation of generative AI-based systems are being designed for effective use in close collaboration with companies.
